Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known local authority based in Manchester. They are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. Location: Manchester/Hybrid Working – Mostly remote
Rate: £50-£65 an hour Umbrella PAYE (Inc.Hol): £44.50 - £57.68 DOE
Contract Length: 3 Months ongoing
Responsibilities as a Litigation Solicitor:
- Work under pressure in the face of competing demands arising from emergency and urgent situations.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties.
- Provide support to other team members or departments where needed.
- Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion.
About you as a Litigation Solicitor:
- 5 years of post-qualified experience handling litigated civil claims as a Solicitor/Barrister or Legal Executive.
- Ability to manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial.
- Strong technical lawyer with good written and oral communication skills.
