Service Care Solutions is working with a well-regarded local authority, based in Wokingham, which is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to support their legal services team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive paralegal looking to gain public sector experience within a supportive legal environment, with training provided on specific local authority processes and systems.
Role: Residential Property Paralegal – Local Authority
Location: Wokingham – hybrid
Umbrella Rate: £20 - £26 per hour
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Legal processes support (training provided) will include sealing of documents (manual in-office and electronic); updating Legal Records, Sealing Records and the Electronic Deeds Room; Opening and closing files on the Case Management Systems; Obtaining title and related documents from HM Land Registry.
