Recruiting Qualified / Non Qualified Legal Professionals across the North of England
Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer for a growing Law Firm based in York.
This role is on a part time basis and the right candidate must be able to handle their own caseloads from start to completion.
They are paying a competitive salary of £30,000 – £45,000 annum (pro rata)
Responsibilities
- Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
- Able to manage own files from start to completion
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
- IT and case management systems
