Responsibilities
- Able to handle a high caseload in conveyancing from start to completion.
- Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Stay updated with conveyancing regulations and relevant legislation.
- Maintain accurate records and case management systems.
About You
- 3 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage your own cases from start to finish without supervision.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, property law and HM Land Registry process.
