Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join their legal team on a 3-month rolling contract in the South East of England. You will manage a diverse caseload independently and advise on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and more.
The ideal candidate is a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with at least 2 years of PQE, preferably with local authority experience. This role is predominantly remote with occasional office attendance required for key meetings.
