Your Role at a Glance

As the Registered Manager, you’ll lead every aspect of the home's operations—ensuring exceptional care, compliance, and culture. This includes:

  • Mentoring and guiding your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Upholding Ofsted standards across safeguarding, leadership, and quality of care
  • Managing referrals, compliance, audits, and partnerships with local authorities
  • Supporting staff through robust supervision and development frameworks

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a passionate leader with:

  • 2+ years experience in residential childcare (within the last 5 years)
  • 1+ year in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practices and children’s safeguarding
  • A drive to lead meaningful change and achieve positive outcomes
