Overview
Service Care Solutions are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead operations at the head office of a fast-growing, clinician-led neurodevelopmental service. The service provides specialist adult ADHD and wider neurodevelopmental care to private and NHS patients and is in a phase of expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role with day-to-day accountability for safety, quality and patient experience, ensuring services are inspection-ready and aligned with CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs).
Pay: £67k per annum • Bonus: £250 Welcome Bonus, paid via Service Care Solutions • Location: Altrincham, Manchester • Working Hours: Full time
Responsibilities
- Act as CQC Registered Manager, maintaining legal compliance and service readiness
- Lead clinical governance including audits, incidents, complaints, risk management and Duty of Candour
- Oversee safeguarding processes and multi-agency collaboration
- Ensure information governance, GDPR and DSPT compliance
- Monitor service performance, pathways and KPIs for safety, quality and outcomes
- Oversee medicines management, including e-prescribing processes
- Lead recruitment, supervision, training, appraisals and CPD oversight
- Drive continuous improvement through data, feedback and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with regulators, NHS partners, GPs and pharmacies
- Ensure adherence to NICE guidelines, CQC standards and relevant legislation
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a CQC-regulated setting with positive inspection outcomes
- Background in mental health nursing or senior clinical care (essential)
- Strong knowledge of ADHD, Autism and neurodevelopmental services
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Experience in clinical governance, audits, safeguarding and compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (desirable)
