Service Care Legal are currently seeking an experienced Regeneration Lawyer for a London Borough Council on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting a variety of regeneration projects and ensuring compliance with principles of good governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a range of regeneration plans and projects for a local authority client.
- Ensure governance standards are met and adhered to across the regeneration programme.
- Undertake transactional legal work, with a particular focus on commercial property.
- Act as an ‘intelligent client’ for retained external legal advisers, managing relationships and ensuring high-quality legal support is provided.
- Coordinate with internal colleagues, ensuring seamless delivery of work on regeneration-related projects.
