Recruitment Consultant – Finance Division

£25,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission

Preston – Hybrid following probation

Here at Service Care Solutions, we’re expanding our Finance Recruitment division, and there is an opportunity for an Associate or Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take over a high-growth and fruitful market.

There is a complete freedom over the market with a large geographical or sector-specific split available for the right person. We want to give our Consultants the best chance to succeed so we provide ongoing support and growth opportunities, ensuring you can reach your full potential.

Your day-to-day:

  • Managing existing client relationships as well as creating and developing new ones through high-level business development
  • Full 360 recruitment process, identifying needs for clients and sourcing the right candidates, taking them through to offer stage
  • Keeping on top of any compliance/admin required for starters/contractors

Candidate Criteria:

  • Previous recruitment experience is desirable, specifically in Finance, handling a full 360 role with business development and account management
  • Strong communication skills with confidence of speaking with those in professional services environments
  • You’re ambitious, resilient, and genuinely passionate about what you do
  • Money-driven mindset with the drive to earn as much as possible
  • Strong organisational skills to manage a busy market where no two days are the same
