Service Care Solutions are seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join a growing team in St Annes. This is an excellent opportunity for committed professionals with experience in substance misuse to join a reputable team and contribute to vital community services.
Position: Recovery Worker - St Annes
Rate: 18.14 to 20.62 per hour (PAYE exc.)/ 20.15 to 23 per hour (Umbrella/Ltd)
Location: Lytham St Annes
Contract Duration: 3 months with view to extend.
Working: 37.5 hrs, on-site
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Providing compassionate support to individuals experiencing substance misuse issues
- Assisting clients to develop and implement personalised recovery plans
- Monitoring client progress and updating case records accurately
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Supporting clients during detoxification and rehabilitation processes
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients
- Encouraging positive behavioural changes to help clients achieve their recovery goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Substance Misuse support or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
