Contract: Temporary – 3 Months Initially (With Likely Extension)

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay Rate: £23 P/H Umbrella Ltd (£20.59 P/H PAYE Inclusive/£18.37 P/H PAYE Exclusive)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a respected and well-established charity organisation delivering specialist substance misuse and homelessness support services across the community. The organisation is dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals through compassionate, recovery-focused interventions and outreach support.

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Outreach Practitioner to support individuals experiencing substance misuse issues alongside homelessness or rough sleeping. The role will involve assertive street outreach, engagement and re-engagement work, delivering interventions and supporting individuals into treatment and recovery services.

The successful candidate will have experience working within substance misuse services and confidence supporting individuals with complex and multiple needs in community and street-based settings.
