Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Property Law Paralegal for a growing Law Firm based in Merseyside. This role will include assisting senior property lawyers in a very fast-paced department. You will also have the confidence and experience to assist with residential conveyancing work. They are paying a competitive salary of £24,000- £26,000 annum DOE.
Responsibilities as a conveyancer:
- Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
- Assisting the property team day to day in all offices.
About you as a conveyancer:
- Strong knowledge of Residential and conveyancing procedures
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
- Excellent attention to details
- Good communication and IT skills
- At least 12 months experience working as a Residential Conveyancer
