This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a genuine passion for family law who takes pride in delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care. Family Solicitor – Cheshire Salary: £40,000 – £65,000 per annum DOE Location: Cheshire/Hybrid Key Responsibilities You will manage your own varied caseload of private family matters, including: Divorce and financial remedy matters Private children matters Cohabitation agreements TOLATA applications Injunctions and protective orders Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Managing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion Benefits Hybrid working Additional annual leave entitlement Company pension scheme Cash healthcare scheme Enhanced maternity pay, subject to eligibility We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth up to £200.
