Service care solutions are working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm, based in the West Midlands, which is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Private client solicitor who enjoys high-quality work, values a supportive culture, and is looking for long-term career stability within a respected firm.
Position Details
- Position: Private Client Solicitor
- Location: Worcester
- Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week (with the possibility of 4 days per week)
- Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 per annum depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
- Providing tailored legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to private client work.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to promote ongoing business.
- Keeping up to date with relevant legal regulations and maintaining compliance.
- Working collaboratively within a team, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the firm’s success.
About you
- NQ to 5 years PQE in private client law.
- Strong understanding of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload.
- Legal Qualification (Solicitor).
