About the Role:
Service Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Charity for a passionate and driven Gambling Harm Prevention & Education Coordinator.
Salary: £32,144 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexibility required for evenings/weekends)
Location: Office-based at Charity HQ with travel across the North East region
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver, and evaluate educational programmes for schools, community groups, and professionals
- Create and adapt resources for diverse audiences, including those with SEND
- Deliver training and workshops to educators, parents, and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with community organisations and support youth-led initiatives
- Provide early intervention, brief support, and signposting to specialist services
- Passion for working with young adults and children
- Engage in local networks and collaborative harm-reduction initiatives
- Monitor programme impact, collect feedback, and contribute to service improvement
- Ensure delivery aligns with quality standards and safeguarding requirements
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or educational programmes
- Able to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- Knowledge of (or willingness to learn about) gambling harm, safeguarding, and early intervention
- Flexible and willing to travel
