We are currently working with a well-regarded secondary school in Preston seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher, ideally with a Biology specialism, for a 2-year contract starting 1st June.
About the role
- Teaching Science across KS3 & KS4 with full teaching responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum
- Marking, assessment, and tracking student progress
- Attending departmental meetings, CPD sessions, and parents’ evenings
- Maintaining high classroom standards and positive learning environments
- Contributing positively to the wider school community
- 2-year contract starting 1st June
- Biology specialists preferred, though teachers from other Science disciplines are encouraged to apply
