Service Care Solutions are recruiting to support a major Primary Care Centre, located in Morecambe and Heysham.
Location: Morecambe / Heysham
Setting: Primary Care (GP Surgery)
Rate: £45 per hour (LTD)
Working Hours: 8:00am – 6:30pm
Days Required: Flexible to work around your diary
Contract Length: ASAP - March 2026

Requirements: Smartcard required
We are seeking an experienced ACP / ANP to support a GP surgery in the Morecambe / Heysham area. This role involves delivering high-quality primary care services, managing a varied caseload, and working autonomously within a well-established practice team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct same-day acute clinics, minor illness appointments and chronic disease reviews within scope of practice.
- Perform F2F and telephone clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and formulate management plans.
- Prescribe medications safely and appropriately (if a qualified prescriber).
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and wider MDT to ensure continuity of care.
- Support practice demand during peak periods by providing high-quality, autonomous clinical decision-making.
- Qualified ACP / ANP with proven primary care or urgent care experience.
- Confident in autonomous clinical assessment and management.
- Smartcard essential.
- Competent using EMIS.
- Full right to work in the UK.
