We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage the successful delivery of MSP, Master Vendor, and Neutral Vendor recruitment contracts. This is an office-based role with some UK travel required.

In your role you will be responsible for providing excellent client service, managing supplier relationships, achieving KPIs/SLAs, and supporting clients with effective recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
  • Ensure contract KPIs and SLAs are achieved
  • Oversee supplier performance, onboarding, and compliance
  • Produce client reports, business reviews, and management information
  • Resolve operational issues and escalations
  • Support contract growth and identify additional service opportunities
  • Deliver training and support on systems and processes
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in account management, recruitment, MSP, or vendor management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and ATS/CRM systems
  • Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
  • Willingness to travel to client sites when required
