We are working with the UK’s largest independent provider of mortgage valuations and residential surveying services, who are expanding their team due to increased market share and continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RICS-qualified Residential Valuation Surveyor to join a high-performing national team, delivering specialist valuation services for lending and private clients.
You’ll carry out mortgage valuations and home surveys using market-leading iPad technology, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service. You’ll manage your own workload within a designated geographical patch, maintaining autonomy while benefitting from dedicated operational and field support. This role suits a professional who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely reporting and building rapport with clients and residents.
Responsibilities- Undertake residential valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys
