Job Description

Our Client in North Tyneside are looking to add a time served Plasterer to their team. You will be based in the Tyne and Wear area working as a Maintenance Plasterer working on domestic social housing works.The Working Hours will be:Monday – Friday08:00-16:00The Pay Rate will be:£18 LTD per hourResponsibilities include:

  • You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties.
  • Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenance work.
  • Delivering the highest quality Patching and Skimming work, rendering for internal and external walls and Multi finish work.
  • Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Time served in Plastering.
  • Experience within similar roles
  • Full UK Driving License
