We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join the repairs and maintenance team for a local authority. We’re looking for a Painter and Decorator who will deliver planned maintenance and reactive repairs to both void and tenanted properties throughout Bournemouth. Duties Include: Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming. Applying paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with attention to detail. Protecting surrounding areas with dust sheets, tape, and coverings. Repairing cracks, holes, or imperfections before painting. Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £17.38 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £14.91 inclusive of holiday). You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.
