Job Description
Service Care Legal are working with a leading Scottish law firm who are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Family Law team in Edinburgh.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor (NQ – 1 PQE) to build a long-term career within a highly respected firm, working alongside experienced Family Law Partners in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The Role: You will be involved in a broad range of family law matters including:
- Financial and child-related issues
- Cohabitation rights and obligations
- Adoption and surrogacy
- Divorce, separation, and related matters
Requirements:
- Recently qualified Solicitor in Scotland (NQ–1 year PQE)
- Strong interest and some experience in family law (from traineeship or similar)
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- Willingness to contribute to team meetings and business development
