Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a highly regarded and reputable law firm based in Lancashire, currently seeking a talented and driven RTA Personal Injury Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of a busy and varied caseload, handling pre-litigated and litigated Road Traffic Accident (RTA) personal injury claims from inception through to resolution.

Location: Lancashire (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)

Key responsibilities as an RTA Personal Injury Solicitor:

  • Managing a full caseload of RTA personal injury matters efficiently and effectively
  • Drafting essential legal documentation, including Letters of claim, Witness statements, Schedules of loss and Court pleadings
  • Handling claims via both the MOJ Portal and OIC Portal, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout
  • Negotiating settlements with insurers, defendants, and third-party representatives to secure the best possible outcomes for clients
