We are supporting a Local Authority in the East Midlands to recruit an experienced EHC Plan Writer on an interim basis. This is a fully remote opportunity focused purely on writing, with no caseworker responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality, compliant Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Lead on plan amendments and annual reviews
- Ensure documentation meets statutory requirements and deadlines
- Work efficiently to manage a high-volume caseload of plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience writing EHCPs within a Local Authority setting
- Strong background in amendments and annual reviews
- Ability to produce clear, accurate plans at pace
- Experience using Idox is desirable
