Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Lead / Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a £22m new-build care home in Norwich. This is a high-value, complex healthcare project, with the successful candidate leading the scheme from pre-start through to handover. The role requires proven experience delivering care home or healthcare projects and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while providing strong leadership to the site and project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Full project leadership for a £22m new-build care home from pre-start to completion
  • Leading and managing the site team, subcontractors, and supply chain
  • Managing programme, cost, quality, and health & safety performance
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the client and professional team
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Managing risk, reporting, and change control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Overseeing commissioning, handover, and project close-out

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering care home or healthcare construction projects
  • Operating at Project Lead / Senior Project Manager level (or strong PM with relevant experience)
  • Experience managing complex, high-value projects
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Based locally to Norwich or within a commutable distance

Package

  • Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Bonus
