About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our client's team supporting young people in a residential care setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by providing safe, nurturing, and structured care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete full induction and learn internal systems
  • Attend fortnightly supervision sessions and staff meetings
  • Complete all phases of online and face-to-face training
  • Maintain accurate daily records, reporting, and documentation
  • Complete home and young person (YP) paperwork
  • Learn and contribute to Risk Assessments (RA), care plans, and document checks
  • Undertake QCF Level 4 qualification
  • Support senior staff and shift leaders
  • Act as a positive role model for new staff and young people
