️ Job Title – Neighbourhood Response Officer 📍 Location – London SE20 📄 Contract – Temporary (6 Months) ⏰ Hours – Full time, 36 hours per week 🔍 Role summary – We are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Response Officer to join one of the UK’s largest housing associations. You\’ll be ensuring that neighbourhoods are clean, safe, and welcoming places to live. This includes tackling anti-social behaviour, supporting vulnerable residents, and working collaboratively with partner agencies. 💷 Salary – Umbrella: £23.56 | PAYE: £19.75 per hour 📌 Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers. Conduct regular estate inspections and follow up on fire safety assessments. Engage with local resident groups and external partners to improve the community. Address breaches of tenancy and manage anti-social behaviour cases. Conduct property visits, tenancy sign-ups, and evictions when necessary. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies. ✅ Requirements: Experience providing excellent customer service. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to work alone.
