National Volunteering Manager Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a National Volunteering Manager. The National Volunteering Manager will Corporate lead responsible for delivering Action for Children volunteering strategy through the co[1]ordination of activities and direct support to enable management to develop their volunteer workforce. Pay rate – £25.07 PAYE / £31.18 Umbrella Main Responsibilities As a National Volunteering Manager you will be responsible for: Being the corporate lead for the implementation of an organisation-wide volunteering strategy to deliver a step change in the involvement and contribution of volunteers to the work of Action for Children including working with corporate and social responsibility colleagues in fundraising, and by supporting work with other departments and through our local services. Promote throughout Action for Children the added value and advantages gained through maximising volunteering, including applying initiatives using volunteers to enhance our work Work across organisation and with other charities to promote the sharing of good practice, policies and procedures in respect of volunteer management in accordance with changing legislative requirements, government initiatives and other national external drivers Develop and disseminate frameworks for the consistent high quality support and management of volunteers through promoting awareness and understanding of volunteer development…
