Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative (Voids – Temp Contract) Location: Stoke on Trent Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Contract: 6-month temporary contract Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour About the Role: We’re looking to recruit experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to support works on void properties across Stoke on Trent. This is a full-time, temporary role for an initial period of 6 months. You’ll be working alongside a permanent Response Operative, and although a company vehicle will not be provided individually, van sharing is arranged. A basic DBS check will be required. Key Details: Focus: Void property refurbishment Trades considered: Multi-trade operatives preferred, but strong carpenters or plumbers with kitchen & bathroom fitting experience will also be considered Tools: Own hand tools required Vehicle: Van & tools provided via buddy system with a permanent operative Start Date: ASAP DBS: Basic check requiredIdeal Candidate: A strong background in one core trade (carpentry, plumbing, etc.) Confident in kitchen and bathroom fitting Flexible and capable of supporting a range of void property tasks Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentApply Now!
