Multi Trade Operative Location: Coventry Contract: Temporary £18.20 We’re on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Operative to work If you're experienced, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team, this is your chance to be part of a rewarding project that makes a real difference in local communities. Your duties: Basic joinery and plumbing tasks Fitting kitchens and bathrooms to a quality standard Carrying out day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance on residential properties Working to a high standard to ensure properties are safe and functional Repair walls, ceilings, roofs, and floors. Install signage, fencing, gates, or minor structural works. Assist in refurbishment or renovation projects.Important information: Must be flexible to work across different sites Managing your workload effectively across different sites Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent. Report any major defects or maintenance issues to supervisors.
