Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi‑Trade Electrician to join a well‑established social housing maintenance team covering Camden and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician seeking long‑term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation works within social housing properties.
  • Complete inspections and identify remedial works required.
  • Diagnose electrical faults and carry out effective repairs.
  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance within occupied and void properties.
  • Carry out basic multi‑trade repairs where required.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and company standards.
  • Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance records using mobile devices.
  • Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Experience working within social housing maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to carry out basic multi‑trade works.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
