We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Hulme and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social housing repairs and be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs within social housing properties.
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Undertake basic multi-trade tasks where required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Provide a professional service to tenants and residents.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Previous experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Multi-trade skills would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Salary
£26 (LTD) per hour. Company Van provided. Tools provided. PPE provided. Overtime available. 40 hours per week. Shift pattern of 11:30am - 8:00pm on four weekdays, plus every Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
