This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to work with a diverse client base, including high-growth businesses, owner-managed companies, public sector organisations, and national employers.
The Role:
- Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract matters
- Day-to-day advisory work on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and workplace procedures
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and service agreements
