We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable provider for an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new 10-bed residential rehabilitation service in Halifax, West Yorkshire. This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career, leading a dedicated team in a structured and supportive environment. 🌟 Mental Health Services Team Leader – Halifax, West Yorkshire 📍 Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire 🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4-week rolling rota) 💷 Salary: £29,000 per annum ❗ Please note: Sponsorship is NOT available for this role 🌱 About the Service: This brand-new residential setting offers a step-down service for men with mental health needs, supporting individuals over a period of 18 to 24 months as they transition from hospital care to independent living. The focus is on building life skills, increasing access to education and employment, and promoting emotional wellbeing and resilience. 👥 The Role: The Mental Health Services Team Leader will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, working closely with the management team to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.
