The predicted salary is between 39053 - 39053 Β£ per year.

We are working in partnership with a highly regarded SEND 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will contribute to delivering high-quality, outcome-focused Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and ensuring statutory processes are met to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Area Inclusion Hub Leads in overseeing statutory EHC needs assessments and Annual Review processes
  • Provide high-level quality assurance of EHCPs, ensuring they are clear, compliant, and outcome-focused
  • Manage a complex caseload, ensuring statutory timelines (including the 20-week process) are adhered to
  • Coordinate multi-agency input from education, health, and social care professionals
  • Maintain strong relationships with families, schools, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to service development, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
