I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Merseyside for a Medical Negligence Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused environment. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and offers genuine career progression alongside flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Location: Merseyside

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE

Working Pattern: Hybrid Working Available

Responsibilities as a Medical Negligence Paralegal or NQ Solicitor:

  • Attend upon clients and third parties both in person and via telephone to take instructions and provide updates.
  • Take initial enquiries from prospective clients and prepare summary sheets and initial documentation.
  • Complete matter and client risk assessments, including undertaking due diligence and conflict checks throughout the lifecycle of the matter.
  • Maintain detailed file notes, attendance notes, and telephone notes for all communications with clients and third parties.
