This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Paralegal with experience in Family Law, Immigration Law, or both, looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced legal environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced solicitors, assisting on a varied caseload while providing high-quality support to clients.
Location: Oldham
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities as a Family/Immigration Paralegal:
- Assist solicitors with a caseload of Family Law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, domestic abuse, and financial remedy cases.
- Support on Immigration Law matters such as visa applications, asylum claims, appeals, and settlement applications.
- Draft legal documents, witness statements, correspondence, and court bundles.
- Liaise with clients, courts, barristers, and third parties in a professional manner.
