Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a fast-growing Accountancy Practice that are looking to add new members of staff to their Tax team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, delivering compliance and advisory services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and positive practice, with lots of progression and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent planning and advisory services, identifying new opportunities for tax saving and efficiency
- Advise clients on tax implications of any business transactions and financial decisions
- Prepare and review tax returns for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
- Assist with business restructuring and provide guidance on tax-efficient structuring
- Keep up to date records for HMRC and Companies House
- Ensure strong communication with the wider firm, delivering integrated services to clients
- Ensure compliance deadlines are always met
- Be aware of changes in accounting legislation
- Act as a main point of contact for clients and build strong relationships
- Attend networking events and generate new client leads
- Identify and improve internal processes to enhance client service delivery
Requirements and Specifications
- ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualified (Strong QBE will be considered)
- Minimum 5 years experience within a tax role
- Firm knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi task
