Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Manchester, which is in need of a Serious Injury Solicitor. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of pre and post litigated EL/PL/RTA files. Previous experience of handling your own caseload is essential and you should be confident in all aspects of litigation. The firm is open to individuals with 4 years PQE (Solicitor or CILEX) and extensive EL/PL litigation experience. They offer a salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending upon experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and grow your own caseload of serious-injury and clinical-negligence matters (EL/PL/RTA), steering each file from instruction to trial or negotiated settlement.
- Analyse evidence in depth to resolve disputes on liability, causation and quantum.
- Apply strong commercial awareness to drive profitability and spot opportunities for added value.
About you
- Proven record of meeting—or beating—billing targets without compromising client care.
- Ability to work within teams and individually using your own initiative.
- Recent multi-track experience in catastrophic/serious PI and clinical negligence.
