Responsibilities as a Senior Residential Solicitor
- Manage your own busy caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handle a variety of transactions including Freehold and leasehold sales, Freehold, leasehold purchases and Re-mortgages
- Provide clients, estate agents and other parties with regular updates, practical legal advice and draft documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across other legal departments, referring work internally where appropriate.
- Support the wider Residential Property team and contribute towards departmental objectives.
About You as a Senior Residential Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor with
5+ years' PQE in Residential Property.
- Strong experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced commercial environment.
