Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous Local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are seeking a Senior Housing Lawyer to join their team on a 3-month contract basis.
Compensation
- Umbrella rate - £50-£55 an hour depending on experience.
- PAYE (Inc. Hol) - £44.50 – £48.89 per hour.
Contract
- Contract basis for 3 months with potential to extend.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent client relations acting as a role model to achieve service and council wide objectives.
- Have a strong understanding in Housing Disrepair and Rent Possession work.
- Where appropriate, demonstrate exceptional advocacy skills achieving the best possible outcomes for the client.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Housing Law.
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Able to work under pressure.
