They are seeking an experienced Legal Partner specialising in Employment Law to join their team in the Manchester office. This role pays a competitive salary of £100,000 - £140,000 per annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Legal Partner:
- Advise employers on all aspects of employment and labour law, including:
- Employment contracts and policies
- Terminations, redundancies, and restructurings
- Workplace investigations and disciplinary matters
- Discrimination, harassment, and whistleblowing issues
- Collective labour relations and trade union matters
About you as a Legal Partner:
- Qualified solicitor with current practising certificate
- 10+ years PQE experience in Employment Law
- Proven track record managing complex Employment matters independently
