Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Greater Manchester for an experienced Head of Litigation Department to join their growing leadership team.
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 per annum DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid Working Available
Responsibilities as Head of Litigation Department:
- Lead and manage the Litigation Department, including supervision, mentoring, and development of junior fee earners and support staff
- Oversee a varied litigation caseload, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to a high standard
- Drive business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships to support department growth
- Assist in shaping department strategy, achieving growth objectives, and meeting performance targets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management procedures, and firm policies
- Monitor departmental financial performance, billing, and profitability
