Our PCN ARRS team includes Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Social Prescribing Link Workers, Care Coordinators, Mental Health Practitioners, and Health & Wellbeing Coaches. We are looking for a GP who wishes to contribute clinical leadership, provide high-quality care, and help shape the future of integrated primary care services.
As an ARRS GP
Provide high-quality, holistic, patient‐centred clinical care.
Work closely with ARRS team members, offering clinical support, supervision, and guidance where appropriate.
Contribute to the development, deployment, and evaluation of ARRS services within the PCN.
Support continuity of care for patients navigating the multidisciplinary team.
Take part in clinical sessions that may include acute care, chronic disease management, eConsult/triage work, and long‐term condition reviews.
Participate in MDT meetings, service improvement work, and collaborative PCN projects.
Engage in quality improvement, audit, and population health initiatives.
Provide mentorship and clinical leadership to help integrate ARRS roles into day‐to‐day practice.
