Service Care are delighted to be working with a fantastic, growing Practice who are looking for a Payroll Senior to join their team. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients. They have a big focus on work-life balance and offer hybrid working!
The ideal candidate will have Practice/Payroll Bureau experience and have used BrightPay (this is not a dealbreaker).
What you will be doing:
- Manage and process a full payroll and establish good working relationships with all clients.
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients including Auto Enrolment and BACS payments.
- Maintain good working relationships through effective communication with colleagues, clients, HMRC and other third-party providers.
- Work collaboratively within the payroll team and wider payroll group.
- Keep up to date on legislation and industry changes through independent research.
- Actively seek to solve payroll-related and customer service issues.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
What you will have:
- Previous experience within Practice/Payroll Bureau/Managing multiple payrolls.
- Experience using Brightpay (desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management.
- Strong team player.
Benefits:
- Base salary between £30,000 - £33,000.
- Hybrid working (2 days from home, after probation).
