East Midlands (Local Authority)

£26-£28 per hour (Umbrella) (£20-22 PAYE exclusive)

37 hours per week

3-month initial contract

Hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days home)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete EHCP annual reviews within statutory timescales.
  • Handle a high-volume caseload independently.
  • Liaise with schools, families, and professionals to support outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
  • Ensure accurate and timely case recording and documentation.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEND Inclusion / EHCP casework.
  • Strong understanding of EHCP annual review processes.
  • Experience managing high caseloads in a local authority setting.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Systems Experience

  • Capita One (current system).
  • SharePoint.
  • Microsoft Teams.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability to new systems, as the service will be transitioning to Liquid Logic in July.

Working Arrangement

Hybrid working model: 2 days in office, 3 days remote.

Office base: East Midlands local authority.
