Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an established Wealth Management firm for a Corporate Financial Planner to join their long‐standing Corporate Advisory team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner with exposure to Corporate Clients, Employee Benefits, and Workplace Pensions to inherit and grow an existing portfolio within a highly supportive environment.

Clients are based around the M25 corridor and will be handed over from a retiring adviser at the end of the year. The successful individual will inherit approximately 300 existing clients alongside an established recurring revenue portfolio generating around £500,000 in annual fees. Initial client visits will be in person but can be remote dependent on arrangements thereafter.

The Corporate team has been together for around 20 years and offers full support through dedicated management, administration, and report writing functions, allowing advisers to focus on relationship management and client development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high‐quality, compliant financial planning service to both new and existing corporate clients
  • Develop and maintain long‐term financial planning relationships with corporate clients and key decision‐makers
  • Work closely with business owners and senior executives to understand their financial objectives, priorities, and constraints
  • Prepare and deliver high‐quality reports and recommendations in line with the firm's advice standards and implement agreed client solutions
  • Ensure clients remain compliant with relevant statutory requirements while identifying areas where financial planning can support staff recruitment, retention, and overall employee value
  • Maintain a strong understanding of employer statutory obligations and the tax and practical implications of group benefit arrangements
  • Present financial plans, recommendations, and projections clearly and effectively, ensuring clients understand the advice provided
  • Conduct regular reviews of corporate financial plans and group schemes, updating recommendations as business circumstances and objectives evolve
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal file quality standards
  • Collaborate with accountants, tax advisers, and other professional connections to support client outcomes and generate new corporate planning opportunities
Candidate Criteria
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum with a desire to progress to Chartered desirable
  • Previous experience advising a large portfolio of corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits and workplace pensions
  • Knowledge of investment planning within the corporate context, including business succession, shareholder planning, business continuity, key person planning, profit extraction and business exit strategies
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Confident in presenting to and meeting with groups or individual staff
  • Comfortable managing existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
