Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a London Borough Council for an experienced and knowledgeable Building Safety & Compliance Manager to join their Housing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance, fire safety, or building safety professional to play a key role in ensuring statutory compliance, resident safety, and best practice across a large social housing portfolio.
The successful candidate will act as the Council’s lead point of contact for housing safety and compliance matters, providing expert technical guidance across building safety, fire safety, health & safety, and statutory compliance. The role will require reporting into senior management, and you will be responsible for leading on building safety and compliance across the Council’s housing stock, ensuring all statutory obligations are met while supporting operational teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
You will provide technical leadership, manage compliance-related contracts, and support the development of robust safety systems and procedures across the organisation.
