Do you have previous experience within the Healthcare/ADHD fields? Service Care Solutions are pleased to present an exciting opportunity working in partnership with our exclusive client. We are looking for an experienced ADHD Operations Manager to support a brand-new Adults ADHD Service. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in influencing national care delivery and directly improving outcomes for patients.

Our client is a specialist healthcare provider and is in the process of launching a brand-new Adult ADHD Right to Choose Service which will support Adults throughout the UK with Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment of ADHD.

Job Purpose: ADHD Operations Manager

Pay: £64,000-£68,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Bonus: £450 Welcome Bonus, paid via Service Care Solutions

Contract: 12-Month FTC with likelihood of extension

Location: London NW1 | Hybrid Working options available

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and develop the ADHD operations team, driving service improvement and innovation
  • To lead multidisciplinary teams, overseeing service activities including CQC compliance, governance, complaints and standards
  • To oversee performance, roster planning, reporting and SLAs
  • To lead service mobilisation and day-to-day operations
  • To lead recruitment, appraisals and performance management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Operations Manager
  • Previous experience within a healthcare/ADHD service
  • Experience mobilising a new healthcare service
