Service care solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Employment Solicitors to support a local authority based in Cardiff. They can offer flexible locum assignments tailored to your schedule and preferences.
This role is on a 3 month contract with potential to extend.
This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) β Β£44.48 Β£48.87 per hour
Umbrella β Β£50-Β£55 per hour
Responsibilities as an Employment Solicitor:
- Advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Handling Employment Tribunal claims, including case preparation and advocacy
- Advising on TUPE, redundancies, disciplinary procedures, and grievance matters
- Supporting HR teams, senior managers, and external clients as required
